F A Q

Straight answers.

What we do, how we engage, and who we are for, written for humans and for answer engines that need clean Q&A pairs.

What is OOPA Labs building toward?

OOPA Labs is building AI systems and integrations for equipment dealer groups, starting with workflows where service, parts, warranty, customer operations or the back office are fragmented or difficult to see clearly.

Who is OOPA Labs for?

Our core market is multi-location agricultural, construction, compact and industrial equipment dealer groups with real service operations and multiple manufacturer lines.

How is this different from a generic AI agency?

We work from the operating problem, integrate with the systems already in place, define human control and measure the workflow against a baseline. We are not selling a chatbot skin or an abstract transformation programme.

What does OOPA Labs do?

We design and integrate AI agents, automations and applied AI systems into real dealer workflows. WarrantyOps is the first focused product; the wider market is dealer operations.

Where should a dealer group start?

Start with one workflow that is expensive, repetitive, fragmented or difficult to see clearly. We map the current tools, people, data and exceptions before proposing a pilot.

Who are you not a fit for?

We are not a fit for buyers who only want a generic chatbot, a large open-ended transformation programme without a first workflow, or unsupervised AI making high-stakes decisions.

How does pricing work?

Engagements are fixed in scope and priced around the workflow, data access, systems involved and pilot outcome. We define one deliverable, one number and one timeline before building. See How We Build.

How long does a pilot take?

It depends on workflow depth, tool access, data readiness and risk. The scope and timeline are agreed before building, with one real workflow preferred over a vague multi-month exploration.

Do you replace existing systems?

Usually no. We begin with the tools and operating environment already in place, then add or connect only what the workflow requires.

Where does the AI run and what about our data?

We design around your systems and access policies. Hosting, vendors and data handling are agreed per engagement; we do not treat operational data as demo material.

Will a human still be in the loop?

Yes on material decisions. Systems draft, execute and escalate; people approve or handle exceptions where judgment, risk or reputation is on the line.

Do you offer training?

Yes. Training and operating guidance can be built around the system and the people responsible for running it.

How fast do you reply?

We read serious inquiries and usually reply within one business day.

Where can I learn more before emailing?

Start with the equipment dealer overview, the practical guides, and the research hub.

How do I start?

Email hello@oopa.ai with the operational problem, the tools involved and what “better” would look like in the next 30–60 days.

Still have a question?

Email the messy version. We'll reply, usually the same business day.
